Major achievements and Future Target of Social Welfare:
- Treatment of more than twenty thousand patients of various diseases since its inception.
- Maintained strong liaison and good relationships with renowned medical specialists, experts, hospitals, clinics and pathological or diagnostic centers.
- Established hostel facilities for the 45 patients and their attendants at SWOP office for a short-term living during the medical investigations and treatment of the patients.
Major Challenge:
To assist and facilitate ADPs in censuring proper treatments and cares of the sponsored children and other community people in terms of secondary and tertiary treatments. To ensure sustainability of the SWOP.
Short Term:
Extend facilities by increasing capacity for 50 patients.
Training/Aware the Health related staffs of ADPs regarding management and services of swop and follow up treatment of the retaeral cases.
Search donors/ supported from other countries.
Long Term:
Existence of SWOP as long as ADPs/ Projects last.
Health awareness among the sponsored families of some particular diseases/ illness
Equip SWOP with essential facilities that can be helpful for the patients to get cured and minimize costs.
Maintain a diagnostic procedure for primary investigations and set up and operation theatre at SWOP for minor operations.
Strategic Network with the specialized Hospitals in aboard: like- India, Bangkok, Hongkong and sick specialization outreach services.

SWOP is a hope and confidence to handicapped, destitute and helpless patients. SWOP stands beside these helpless children and their families and gives them adequate assistance. SWOP shares their afflictions and helps them to lead a sound care free life.
